ASSESSMENT PROCESS

How does the assessment work?

The assessment consists of several stages. The psychologist explains each task, so you do not need to be familiar with the tests or equipment beforehand.

01

Consultation and interview

At the beginning, the psychologist conducts an interview covering, among other things, the purpose of the assessment and the information required to carry it out.

02

Psychological tests

Next, appropriately selected paper-based or computer-based tests are carried out. This part usually takes around 20 minutes.

03

Equipment-based assessment

The next stage involves tasks assessing, among other things, reaction time, hand-eye coordination and selected visual functions.

04

Discussion of the results

After all tasks have been completed, the psychologist analyses the results and explains the next steps.

SCOPE OF THE ASSESSMENT

What do we assess?

A psychological assessment does not consist of a single test. Depending on the purpose of the assessment, the psychologist selects appropriate methods to evaluate the required areas of functioning.

Individual tasks may take the form of paper-based tests, computer-based tests or assessments performed using specialist equipment.

Cognitive processes
